first create MTO user in Oracle and then create a MTO schema in RIS. after that use Material data Publisher to populate all the data in the MTO schema. You can then use MS Access or other querying tool to attach the tables in MTO schema, create queries and run ur reports..

I want to run the query and ms acess notes exactly the procedure how to do it.
If you have nay simple documnetation for this it will be highly appreciable.
